Dear Aquaseal,
I will happily confirm that we are recommending PolyCoat to our customers. Renee, one of the CSR's here used to work in our retail outlet and was familiar with the Aquaseal line. We had been getting some complaints about the XXXXXXXXXX product we had been recommending so we decided to do some informal testing on our own. We were very impressed with Aquaseal's performance, which is why we recommend it to to our customers.
Polycoat is also recommended in our retail outlet as well.
